It doesn't have to be international postage, just the correct amount (which is usually a bit more) with your postal service. Letters in within Canada are about .65 (I think) while letters to the U.S. cost $1.00.

I received your card. My address is APO so it is domestic and gets treated like U.S. mail.

Hmmm... I`m not in Canada now, so I can't help you with that one. Usually, the cost of a stamp to Canada is a little bit more.
