*NEW MEMBERS* New Ruling On Private Messaging.

This will not effect many of our regular members. Because of an incident of spamming, we have ruled on a new guideline for New Members:

New Members will not be able to send PMs until they have 25 posts. This is because we have had an incident of PM spamming by a new person which led to their being banned. This is an action we have avoided having to take from the beginning.

I would also like to remind new members that if you want to promote the TBC on another site or if you wish to promote another site, you should discuss this with an Administrator. We do have something of a web ring for sites we share news and information with and vice versa.
