Minisode 1

Make your comments on the minisodes here and if any of you YouTube trawlers spot them, post them here so we can get a look at them

Minisode is a bit of stretch. A few seconds of a scene is more like it. Alan Ball is doing what he has always done, tease us.

But the scene consists of two men, one a big blond (not the BV) being wrestled to stay on the floor of what looks like Sookie's house, and someone who looks like Sookie possibly holding a pistol on him. He is being held on the floor by a dark haired someone. Alcide perhaps?

The scene ends with the words "Waiting Sucks"

Well, maybe we have seen the first minisode tonight, but it looks more like a short preview. Regardless what we are calling it, it looks like Eric is lying on the floor, maybe in Sookie's kitchen, or someone's house, with blood on his chest. His fangs are extended and he makes a grunting noise as he gets up. He is asking someone, "Who sent you?" Could this be the kitchen scene with Debbie Pelt? Much it seems much too early for that. He is clearly pissed off. I believe Sookie is in the scene too.

I don't think this was Eric, this guy was heavily tatooed and his hair very long

I was quite sure it was Eric as well... not the tattooed guy but the guy he was holding down, the one in the leather jacket and white tee with blood on it. I think his hair is a bit darker but I was pretty sure it was Eric.

Looked like Eric to me too. The hair gave it away for me because I know Alexander's hair is shorter than he had it last season for Eric (after the makeover). Looked like a fresh haircuit.

What I saw in the teaser clip - Sookie wearing Merlottes uniform holding
gun, Eric and tattoo'd guy with long curly black hair fighting, in what appears to be Sookies living room, with
Eric on the ground saying "Who do you work for?" and "Who sent you?"

I'm
guessing the tattoo'd guy is some sort of were but didn't appear to be
Alcide, Coot, or Calvin, to me, from the facial construction.

The guy in leather jacket looks like the BV. It also sounded like the guy with the tattoos said "c'mon give me a taste." I could be wrong. It's just so hard to believe that anyone could overpower the Viking like that.

The guy in the leather jacket has to be our BV, it even sounds like him yelling. Plus the shorter darker hair he has been sporting. I'd also agree that this is taking place at Sookies.

As for the other character involved my guess is that we are seeing...

This biker/werewolf menaces Sookie, but just might find she’s not the easy victim he anticipated…1 line, 1 scene MAY RECUR.

Wow I can't wait to see more, maybe we get a taste of Bill next week? Not what would consider a minisode, but I'll take whatever they are givin'!

You guys were right, after I settled in and watched the epi again and recorded the little snip, I played it a few times and you were right....

So, what do you think it all means?

I think that this is taking place during episode two. So I'm guessing that Eric is looking out for Sookie at this point, since they both know by now of Bill being MIA. The attacker would appear to be a were biker, and I'm guessing that it may have something to do with the Lorena or the King.

Okay, so I've decided to make the hard decision of completely staying away from spoilers. This means that I won't visit the Spoilers/Speculations thread until after the season is over (unless I see a topic that is unrelated) and I'll probably stay away from the minisodes too. Last season wasn't that great for me because I knew too much already, I want this season to be better. You can all laugh at me later if I have crazy speculations.

I'm still up in the air with how I plan to handle spoilers and speculations personaly. I enjoy discussing it so much, that I can't see myself avoiding it all...maybe just major plot developments. I never read any of the Lafayette spoilers between S1 and S2, so I know how much that suprise was worth the wait for. Whatever happens with me and speculations I know that S3 will still be a blast to watch.

Well, that is cool for when you can't avoid it, but if you can, sneak over to spoilers and do your thing. That is a cool little feature though

And yes, that is Eric for sure! Still beautiful, even when he is angry!

I thought Eric was stronger than that.

That is what I thought too Sal. It was strange to see him overpowered like that.

I find it hard to believe that he could be overpowered by the were. I'll bet theres much more too it , I mean it is the BV. Perhaps he's injured? Who knows? But he's damn sexy when he's all mad like that!

Cant believe Alan is teasing us like this. I hate teasers but at the same time i LOVE them lol. Especially when Eric is in them

i wonder why Eric has dark hair this season?
